Barão De São João Coat of Arms

This is the Barão De S.João coat of arms.
It had been said that there will be mosaic of this in cobbles in the new pedestrianised area soon to be constructed on R Capitao Francisco Rijo..

-will the whole street be car free ??
-will there be residential parking on the street??

New Village center under construction..

The first stage is renewing and repair to the Sewage pipes and the setting of mains electric under ground..

First stage completed, new sewerage and electrics installed.

Wind Turbines in the Mata

The hottest topic in the Village is the possibility of a large area of the Mata being used to locate 40 meter high wind turbines. There are two opposing camps on this issue ..Feel free to post your argument for or against..
